Our story
- 2002
Insurance operations, from the start
Our founder set up and ran the India operations of Patra Corp from 2002 to 2004, learning insurance agency work from the ground up. That operation grew into one of the largest outsourcing providers in insurance.
- 2010
eDesk, built on referrals
He founded eDesk to support insurance agencies directly. It grew to more than 100 people with almost no marketing, through referrals from agencies who stayed.
- 2026
eDesk becomes Xassure
On January 1, 2026, eDesk became Xassure, with the same people and the same focus on US insurance agencies.

CertsDesk
Certificates were the work agencies asked us about most, so we built a service just for them: a trained certificate team, a checklist for every request, and an app your agency and your clients can use.
How we work
US management, India operations
Management, supervision and client success are in the US. The certificate team works from our operations center in Visakhapatnam (Vizag), India.
Insurance people, not generalists
Our team works in agency systems every day, from new business to policy servicing, across more than 50 agency tasks.

Our founder
Raghu is a UCLA Anderson School of Management alumnus with more than 25 years of building teams for US companies, and has set up India operations for more than 15 of them, including Patra, Chegg, Morrison Hershfield and Welch Foods.
Originally from Vizag, he has lived in Los Angeles for 30 years and leads Xassure from California, while the operations team works from Vizag.
